Earned value analysis methods are used to assess project progress and make changes in plans.
Change Request Tracking & Management

Independent Reviews and Testing at every stage in the project life-cycle ensures quality. Adherence to project defined standards and best practices followed by us through tools, techniques and methodologies minimize rework and delays in the later stages of development.
Knowledge Management & Retention
Project-related knowledge artifacts that are archived at the end of a project are made available to designated team members through in-house forums and Internet libraries.
