• Experience on Banking Projects, Windows Applications and Web based Applications
• Experience in reviewing business requirements and creating prioritized test plans based on business needs
• Participated in full life-cycle business system development with teams of developers, analysts, and testers
• Familiarity with Defect tracking
• Proven analytical skills and a fast learner
• Excellent communication skills - be able to manage the communication with Client and the team members
• Excellent team player and leader - good in team building, coordinating
